FOUNDER'S HOBBIES
BEYOND THE CREATIVE DESK
Creativity doesn’t end at the desk, it flows into everything I do. As the founder of Solo Creatives, I believe in living a balanced, inspired life, and my hobbies play a big role in fueling my creativity and passion for design. Here’s a glimpse into what I enjoy beyond the world of graphics and web design.

1. CHRISTIAN FAITH
My Christian faith is foundational to who I am and guides my daily life. Being actively involved in church, whether through music or service, is one of the ways I express my faith and connect with others. As a drummer in church, I have the privilege of contributing to worship, creating an atmosphere that helps others feel uplifted and connected. Each performance is more than just playing music; it’s an opportunity to serve and share the joy and peace that faith brings me.
My commitment to faith extends beyond Sunday services. I enjoy participating in church activities, community service, and studying the Bible to deepen my understanding and strengthen my relationship with God. This journey of faith is something I cherish, as it continually shapes my character, inspires my goals, and keeps me grounded in life’s purpose.
2. TECHNOLOGY
I’m passionate about exploring the latest in technology, particularly in areas that help me stay productive and creative. Whether it’s delving into advanced Excel functions, designing websites, or learning new software tools, I enjoy finding ways to streamline tasks and solve problems. I’m currently focused on web design and have completed a few online courses, which have helped me develop my skills and build engaging, functional sites.
Staying up-to-date with tech trends not only fuels my curiosity but also strengthens my adaptability—a quality I bring to both personal and professional projects.

3. MUSIC AND DRUMMING
Music is more than just a hobby for me; it’s a passion that keeps me connected, creative, and constantly growing. As a drummer, I find joy in crafting rhythms that bring energy and emotion to every performance, whether it’s at church, private events, or on stage with my band. Each setting challenges me to adapt my playing style—from uplifting worship music to lively beats for an enthusiastic crowd.
Being part of a band has enriched my musical journey even more. Our regular studio rehearsals are where we experiment, collaborate, and push our creative boundaries. These sessions allow me to refine my drumming technique, learn new beats, and explore different genres, from rock and jazz to gospel and Afrobeat.
Drumming has taught me the importance of discipline, precision, and listening, all of which are essential for creating harmony with fellow musicians.
4. READING
I’m an avid reader, especially drawn to books that expand my understanding of the world and help me develop new skills. Whether it’s a thought-provoking novel, a personal development book, or a guide to mastering new technology, I enjoy immersing myself in pages (or e-pages!) that challenge me to grow.
Currently, I do a lot of my reading on my Android phone, finding pockets of time to learn something new every day. Reading helps me keep up with the fast-paced world of tech and marketing, which is crucial in my career and personal growth.

REMARKS:
These hobbies not only bring joy to my personal life but also inspire my creative process at Solo Creatives. They remind me of the importance of balance, exploration, and continuous growth—principles that I bring into every project we undertake.
